My name is Heather Downs and I am from Bay Springs,MS. I am a junior at USM and my major is Special Education. This my fourth year in college and my second year at USM. I have an associate degree from East Central Community College in Decatur, MS. I am a proud Christian and I know that God has given me a heart for special needs children and I cannot wait to work with them. I am a huge movie lover and very much addicted to Netflix. I am a huge Doctor Who and Sherlock fan.
